Here’s what you can expect from us:

Service
We will work to respond to you promptly and courteously. We understand that your wedding or event going smoothly is very important to you, and will do what we can to help. To the best of our ability, the items you order for rent from Oh So Pretty Events & Rentals will be supplied clean and in working order, though we have no control once the items leave our hands. We will deliver at the time we say we will, to where you directed us to deliver the items.

Credit Card Security
Credit card numbers will be destroyed once all items have been returned and deemed in working order.

Privacy
We use Google Analytics to look at general reports of user behavior on the website in order to improve our content and make it more relevant for our users. This may include anonymised, non personally-identifiable information about which pages on the website you visit, which device you are on, how you found the website and which anonymised Google-calculated demographics or interest categories you belong to. Your general user behaviour on this website and others in the Google Network may also be used to algorithmically add you to remarketing and interest-based advertising lists allowing us to serve you ads for our website that we believe may be of interest.
There is a range of options to control your privacy:

  • To opt out of Google’s remarketing lists and demographic and interest-based classification, visit Google’s Ad Settings page.
  • To opt out of your anonymous usage data being reported in Google Analytics, install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on
  • To remove yourself from a remarketing list, clear your browser cookies.

Here’s what we expect from you:

Deposits
To reserve all items for the requested date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required. This deposit will be attributed to the total rental cost.  The deposit will only be charged once we have sent you an Order Confirmation.

Changes to Order
Changes can be made to a rental order up to 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the event date. Changes made within 3 weeks of the event date will incur a change fee of 20% of the original order amount.

Cancellations
If the order is canceled more than three weeks before the event, the deposit is forfeited. No further charges will be made.
If the order is canceled less than three weeks before the event, once the full rental amount has been charged, the deposit is forfeited and Oh So Pretty Events & Rentals will refund 70% of the remaining rental charges beyond the deposit.
If an order is canceled less than one week before the event, the deposit is forfeited and Oh So Pretty Events & Rentals will refund 50% of remaining rental charges beyond the deposit.

Lost, damaged or unreturned items.
A replacement or service charge will be charged to the your credit card if the equipment is not returned or is returned damaged.

Late Fees
A late fee of 10% of the total rental cost per day will be charged for each day the items are not returned after the rental term is over. After 10 days, the equipment is considered lost.
